The application fee is $22.50 per person. Each applicant who is required to apply will complete their own application. You can get started by selecting an available home on our Floor Plans page. Qualifying Portable Tenant Screening Reports are accepted under Colorado law.

Security deposits start at $500, with the final amount determined by screening approval. You'll receive the applicable deposit amount during the application and leasing process, so you'll know what to expect before signing.

Absolutely! Cats and dogs are welcome at Bella Vista Flats and Townhomes. Our pet-friendly community in North Denver allows up to two pets per home, so your four-legged roommates can settle in, too.

Monthly pet rent is $35 per unit, not per pet. Whether you have one pet or two, the monthly pet rent is $35 for the apartment.

The pet deposit is $300 per unit, not per pet. You can have up to two pets per home, subject to the community's pet policies.

Of course. Assistance animals are accommodated in accordance with fair housing laws and aren't subject to standard pet fees. If you need a reasonable accommodation, reach out to our team and we'll help with the process.

Some of our apartments and townhomes come with in-unit washers and dryers, while others don't. If having laundry at home is high on your list, let us know and we'll help you find an available home with that feature.

You can pay rent through the RentCafe Resident Portal. Once you're logged in, you can make payments, review your account, and manage payment options. You can also set up automatic payments if you'd rather have one less thing to remember each month.

Maintenance requests can be submitted online through the Resident Portal. Just log in, describe what's going on, and submit your work order. You can also check on the status of your request there.

If something urgent comes up after hours, call the management office and follow the emergency maintenance prompts. For immediate emergencies involving personal safety, call 911. Routine maintenance requests can always be submitted through the Resident Portal.
